Requirement: You must have previously completed the RFMA Pistol 1 course.

Red Dot Pistol is designed to introduce shooters to the principles of RDS optics, and their effective employment on the pistol platform. Knowledge of elementary pistol employment is a requirement for this training, and Pistol-Level 1 is a prerequisite for attendance. The content of Red Dot Pistol is delivered in a progressive manner, that ensures a detailed understanding of what is being taught and why, with a heavy emphasis on safety. It is the mission of RFMA to standardize the methods of firearm employment and manipulation for our students, which facilitates the evolution of future training, and ensures a safe environment for all in attendance.

• Mindset- safety and performance
• Equipment Considerations and setup
• Optical Focus, and Sight Picture Acquisition
• Confirmation and Practice- deliberate and rapid target applications, at varying, and extended distances
