Precision Hunter

The Precision Hunter course is designed to provide our students with the proper fundamentals of marksmanship, ballistics, and optic usage with their actual hunting system (rifle, scope, etc).  It is mastering these fundamentals that will allow the Precision Hunter students the understanding, ability, and confidence to ethically engage big game targets to the maximum range of themselves and their hunting system. Below are some of the topics that will be covered on the Precision Hunter course.

• Fitting the rifle, scope leveling
• Marksmanship Principles
• Ballistics, introduction to wind calls
• Understanding your optic and reticle
• Importance of a proper zeroing procedure
• Vital area size for AB big game animals
• Ethical shots and decision making
• Maximum range for your ethical shot

We highly recommend that you bring the hunting rifle and ammunition that you currently use for hunting.
